Dan Mann – President, The Mann Group
Open your trusty dictionary and flip to “leadership,” and you’ll likely find Dan’s face looking back. The Mann himself thrives in the sticky straits of leadership, in both our own business and in the more than 2,000 others he’s worked with since founding The Mann Group in 2002. Dan was given the gift of gab, and it’s his unparalleled communication skills that make him a trusted teacher across dozens of industries. The proficient public speaker, published author, specialty retail sage, and leadership liaison has a host of hobbies that fill his spare time outside the proverbial office, including mountain biking, movies, and music.
Leslie Cunningham – VP Strategy, The Mann Group
They may call her Chief Networking Officer, but perhaps Chief Inspiration Officer would be more fitting. Leslie’s simultaneously our yin and our yang: she has big ideas but can reign them into reality; she is kindness personified, but knows when to talk tough; she’s dyslexic and left handed, a life she dubs “backwards,” yet it’s Leslie that always drives us forward. The mom of one is a yogi, writer, photographer, and loyal member of the Green Ridge Girls.
Dan Morgan – Chief Marketing Officer, Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing
A life-long fly fisherman and sporting enthusiast, Daniel Morgan was born and raised in Stamford, CT. His love for the outdoors originate from the time spent with his grandfather exploring the woods and streams of upstate NY each summer during his youth. He attended college at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY and following graduation, Daniel pursued his passion for the outdoors professionally. Starting off as a guide and instructor, he has since held corporate, advisory, and consulting positions with several outdoors companies, multi-channel media groups, and organizations providing strategic solutions for social media, marketing and communications. He also serves on Facebook’s U.S. Small Business Council.
Capt. Lucas Bissett – Owner/guide, Low Tide Charters
Board member Captain Lucas Bissett is an Orvis Endorsed Fly Fishing Guide from Louisiana. Growing up in the “Sportsmen’s Paradise” and running Low Tide Charters has given him an appreciation for the bounty mother nature can provide while instilling in him the passion to protect it. Fly fishing was the catalyst Lucas used to explore the marshes of Louisiana and the vehicle he now uses to convey the importance of conserving ecosystems and fisheries for future generations. He is one of the lead advisors of the Fisheries Fund-supported St. Bernard Parish Black Mangrove Project in Louisiana.
