Although there is not a lot of hard science behind the survey, Kevin Stirtz’s customer service survey offers a great deal of anecdotal information that AFFTA members may find informative.
According to Stirtz, his company just published this survey. The report tells what customers think of customer service and, even better, what you can do to improve customer service. It also ranks major industries, showing who offers the best and worst service.
